Our website offers you the option to pay with mastercard and visa featured credit cards. Unfortunately, there is no EFT/Bank Transfer and/or cash on delivery option.

Your products are sent directly to your address from abroad through the cooperation of the world's most reliable cargo companies. Your product is shipped on the first business day following the order and the cargo number is shared with you.

The product price published on the advertisement page is the sales price including all taxes and standard cargo fee. The product you ordered is delivered to your address within an average of 7-12 business days without dealing with logistics and customs procedures and without paying any additional fee.

Your cargo tracking number will be sent to you as soon as the product is shipped. If you wish, you can learn your cargo status by logging in to our website or through the cargo company system.

It is important to choose your address by considering the delivery time when creating your order.

Exchange

If you experience a problem with your product or want to replace it with a different product, you can request an exchange within 30 days. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact our customer service.

Return

You can return your order within 15 business days from the date you receive it. You can contact our support department about your return process and provide information and fill out the return form we sent you and send your product back to us through our contracted cargo company. The box, packaging and standard accessories of the product, if any, must be complete and undamaged in the package you return to us.

The usability or resalability of the products requested to be returned or exchanged within the scope of the right of withdrawal must be intact.

After you submit your return requests to our company via phone or e-mail, you must ship them to our return address with the invoice, with our contracted cargo, which we will forward to you.


Return transactions are made via EFT, wire transfer or bank POS center. The form and duration of this transaction may vary depending on the transaction density at the interbank POS center and the provision agreements made. Our company processes your return requests on the same day. If you encounter possible delays, you can get the reference number from our customer services and query them from the POS centers.

In order to be sure that the product reaches us, you should add the shipment and tracking number or delivery confirmation options to your return e-mail.

Important: Our company receives your product payments from the bank 40 days after the account closing date. On the other hand, your return transactions are automatically entered into the bank interface and returned to you, our valued customers, long before your payment is transferred to our account. The product prices that you, our customers, each of whom is very important to us, pay by choosing us but want to return for various reasons are returned to their owners without being touched/used by our company under any circumstances.
